Town Hall Meeting Last Night

Last night was the Town Hall meeting about green jobs and clean energy. I wanted to share my thoughts on the meeting and to share a clip from a video that one of the speaker's presented. First, it's exciting to see that there was participation and that local residents WANT clean energy and green jobs to come to Hampton Roads. Overall, I felt that the meeting was a great start to our long journey. It was intriguing to learn about how wind energy can serve off of our coast right here in Hampton Roads. I believe that the Sierra Club will be posting some of the info that was presented last night. Hopefully, they'll post the presentation so that you all can see the graphs and photos of simulated off-shore windmills. It's exciting stuff!
